From start to finish, the whole process was super easy. The stress of preparing your home for sale is gone and dealing with Real Estate Agencies along with their unnecessary fees are over. Highly recommended and thanks Cody for your professionalism and outstanding support.

Owner reply: You’re very welcome, Manuel! Our goal is making it super easy and stress-free for people selling their home. No real estate agent fees, no repairs and closing on your timeline is our specialty! Thanks for trusting us. Make your next chapter in life a fulfilling one👍🏼

Cody helped me with my parents house. They lived there for 50 years. The sell was fast and easy, and it went so smooth. Cody worked with us in every aspect of the process. Hey brought in his sister in law, Kim Kelley, Realtor, to help us find a new home for my parents. It was a great experience. Cosy is wonderful, he really understood what we needed and kept in touch with us the entire time. I highly recommend 208 Home Buyers if you're looking to sell. Thank you for all your support!!

Owner reply: Thank you so much for trusting us to help with your parents’ Boise home. Not all cash home buyers are the same and we strive everyday to serve our community. We know selling a longtime family home can be challenging, and we’re grateful to make the process fast, smooth, and stress-free. It was a pleasure helping you and glad Kim was able to help your parents find the right new home as well. Thank you again Tina for your kind words and recommendation!

While Cody was unable to buy my house, he offered amazing advice and gave me several other options to look into for my situation. I would recommend contacting Cody if you need to sell your home. He is friendly, professional, and eager to help a fellow man in need. Blessings to Cody, his family, and his business.

Owner reply: Thank you for the kind words Stacey! I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Even when I’m not the right fit to buy a home, my goal is to help homeowners understand their options to make the best decision for their situation.
