I have to be honest and say I'm not a big fan of going to the dentist; I am a very anxious patient. However, everyone at Horizon Dental puts me at ease the second I enter their doors. The friendly receptionists are so kind and welcoming. The person who did my cleaning was very careful and patient with me. Dr. Naeem and his team were very accommodating as they checked in with me while they worked on my filling to make sure I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. Overall, it a good experience.

Owner reply: Thank you for sharing your experience, Natalie. We're glad to hear that our team at Horizon Dental was able to make you feel comfortable and at ease during your visit. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you again in the future.

All the staff are fantastic. All procedures are explained. Questions are answered. They helped me quite a bit, with complex benefits claims. Entire facility is bright and clean. Parking is always easy. I highly recommend Horizon Dental.

We are thrilled to hear that our staff provided excellent service and were able to assist you with your benefits claims. We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming facility for all of our patients. Thank you for recommending Horizon Dental.

I rarely come cross reception staff as flexible and welcoming as if I were staying at a five-star hotel in East Asia. Their professionalism and warmth truly stand out. Dr. Naeem also found out an issue with the root of my tooth stemming from an old accident ten years ago—something no one in Canada had ever pointed out during all those years. He provided insightful advice for the future, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and genuine care for his patients. His hands are remarkably skilled; you’ll leave his clinic completely free of any dental anxiety—I guarantee it. Don’t miss the chance to visit this dental clinic. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Owner reply: Hi, Wael! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience at Horizon Dental. We are thrilled to hear that our reception staff and Dr. Naeem provided you with such a positive and welcoming experience. Your kind words about our team's professionalism, warmth, and expertise mean the world to us. We are truly grateful for your recommendation and look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

I have been going to Horizon Dental for about 5 years. I have always had a very positive experience. Dr N. Has always done an amazing job, taking great care that everything is as painless as possible, and fully explained at each appointment The front desk staff have been very helpful, they are amazing as well. Friendly place to go for treatments, advice, and a family feel. I recommend Horizon Dental very highly to anyone looking for a dentist, hygienist etc.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for your kind words, Alice! We are thrilled to hear about your positive experiences with Dr. N and our front desk staff. We strive to provide a friendly and comfortable environment for all of our patients, and we are grateful for your recommendation.
