As a family of 4, we have loved moving to the Fall Creek area. Our townhome has been phenomenal and anytime there has been an issue/concern, the office staff are quick to respond, especially Gwyn. The maintenance guys are always around and have a presence in our neighborhood. If things need to be done, they are quick to be out. I appreciate the communication and heads up of services coming such as lawn care applications because we have a pet. I would recommend their properties if you are in need of living downtown. The accessibility to everything is great!

Owner reply: Thank you for sharing your experience and highlighting the aspects you’ve enjoyed about your townhome and the Fall Creek area. It’s wonderful to hear that the communication from the office staff, especially Gwyn, and the maintenance team’s presence have helped make your transition smooth. Knowing that the updates about services have been helpful for you and your pet is great feedback. Your recommendation and comments about the accessibility of the location are sincerely appreciated.

Moved in 2-3 months ago and altogether a great company. The spaces are generous, the staff is helpful and maintenance shows up same day if something happens. Refreshing!
