This was my second visit to this shop, and my first experience was so positive that I didn’t hesitate to bring my car back. After taking my vehicle to the dealership, I was quoted outrageous prices and pressured to approve repairs they recommended. I quickly made an appointment with Motoring Services, and I’m so glad I did. They provided fair pricing and were completely open and honest about their findings—going so far as to tell me that the dealership’s recommendation was unnecessary and that they didn’t want to charge me for something that would be a waste of money. Beyond their transparency and communication, their customer service is truly unparalleled. I recommend this shop to everyone and will never hesitate to bring my vehicle back.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for the kind words, Lacy! We truly appreciate you trusting us with your vehicle. Being honest and transparent especially when it means not charging for unnecessary work is extremely important to us, so it means a lot to hear that reflected in your experience. We’re glad we could provide clarity after your dealership visit and help you make the best decision for your car. Your recommendation is the highest compliment we can receive, and we’ll always be here whenever you need us! 🚗✨

I've been to a lot of auto repair shops and I don't post reviews on google easily but Motoring Services Auto Repair has been the best. Luis and Brandon have been very helpful and customer friendly. They are honest and clear in their pricing and will tell you everything your vehicle needs. They also have shuttle for pick up and drop off. Luis will get you everything you need to get your vehicle top notch

Owner reply: Thank you for the great review and for choosing Motoring Services Auto Repair. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Luis and Brandon will be happy to hear your feedback. Our goal is always to provide honest auto repair, clear pricing, and friendly customer service so you can make confident decisions about your vehicle. We’re also glad our shuttle service made things easier for you. We look forward to helping you keep your vehicle running at its best.

Went in with a new used car from McC***** Mazda. Turns out after 5000 miles my lugs loosened up. I have a hard time believing who sold me the car screwed up putting the tires on so I didn't pursue that. I went to Motoring Services at Gage and Steptoe and they tightened the lug nuts and found my AC drain plugged next time. Both times repaired my CX-9 quickly and handled it professionally. I strongly recommend them to anyone in the Tri Cities.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for the review! I'm really glad we were able to get your CX-9 taken care of quickly and professionally. It means a lot that you trusted us, and we’re especially happy to know you’re back on the road safe and sound. Your recommendation to others in the Tri-Cities truly means the world to us. If you ever need anything, we're here for you! — The Motoring Services Team
