I had my AC unit stop working last night. Gave them a call this morning and they sent someone over right away to help. Adam came and did a quick diagnostic and got our unit running again in no time. He was very informative and honest about the work and equipment. He's a good technician and has given me trust in this company. I'm looking forward to continue using them.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Matthew! We understand how stressful it can be when your air conditioner suddenly stops working, especially overnight. We’re glad our team could respond quickly and that Adam was able to diagnose the problem and get your system running again. We truly appreciate your kind words about Adam’s honesty, knowledge, and professionalism. Earning your trust means a great deal to our entire team. Thank you for choosing Schomburg Heating & Cooling for your HVAC repair. We look forward to being the company you can count on for your future heating and cooling needs!

After finding out that our HVAC system was very dusty from having our house built. We had the Schaumburg heating and cooling team come and clean out all of our vents. They got right to work taking off the vent covers and sucking stuff out of the vents. They worked steadily to make sure all our vents are clean. This process took a couple of hours, but it is well worth it! I also had them clean out our dryer vent.

Owner reply: Jan, thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re glad our team could thoroughly clean your air ducts and dryer vent after the dust left behind during construction. We appreciate you trusting Schomburg Heating & Cooling with your home and are happy to hear the service was well worth it. Thank you for choosing Team Schomburg!
