I've been a patient at Advanced Medical of Naples for 19 years. Starting from their prior location on Pine Ridge Rd. The staff is always professional and welcoming. The Nurse Practitioners are amazing! Dr. Leach and Dr. Crowell provide outstanding care as well, with their many years of practice. It's so convenient going to a place that has an in-house lab and x-ray equipment. To be honest, I've never had a bad experience at Advanced; from the check-in process to the check-out process. This needs to be noted, the check-out person, Yami, is a pleasure to end my visit on every time. She takes the time to explain what we are being charged for, and even makes sure they have the correct pharmacy in our chart, every. single. time (even though the nursing staff obtains the information as well). I will continue going to Advanced Medical of Naples, as they are my full service providers!

I have been a patient of Advance Medical of Naples for 14 years since I first moved to Naples and just happened to visit Dr. Leach for a pre-employment physical. Since then, I have been a loyal and unwavering patient of Dr. Leach and his wonderful staff of clinicians and professionals. Yami is especially outstanding at check out explaining the billing process and navigating the never ending web of insurance guidelines, while providing the very best customer service each and every time and it's so refreshing to always end a Dr's appointment on a pleasant note.

I’ve been a patient of Advance Medical of Naples for 26 years. I’ve never experienced issues with them or bad service. I have my fair share of medical issues. I go to the doctor there every three months for bloodwork and follow up on my sugar diabetes. Several years ago, I was not feeling well I want to see my PA Paul Who did some blood work? I was sent home waiting on my test results. My wife received a phone call from Paul telling her to get me to the nearest hospital immediately I was in renal failure and my kidney shut down. Entering the hospital Paul had already called ahead. and spoke with the hospitals emergency room so upon arrival they had already known what was wrong with me now that’s going out of your way above and beyond I’m a diabetic with uncontrollable diabetes. Paul ordered me a Dexcom seven denied by the insurance company in the medical provider of the Dexcom seven called Advance Medical and spoke to some lady. Her name was Janine explained to her what was going on and within an hour and received an order from the pharmacy that my Dexcom seven was ready for pick up Janine want above and beyond and out of her way to see my needs were fulfilled i’ll be able to keep it better eye on my Sugar because of her hats off to Janine Just recently had to go back and visit Paul because my sugar was getting too far out of control Paul had prescribed me some insulin pick it up from the pharmacy. They send me home a bottle with no needles called back to Advance Medical and spoke to some lady named Jolie who wants again goes out of their way. Contacted the pharmacy for the mess up in my prescription and make sure I had the needles for my insulin until my new prescription was ready. My wife picked up my new prescription once again at home no needles I contacted Julia again. problem solved taken care of prescription called back in my stuff was ready for pick up in 10 minutes. I would like to thank Paul for all he’s done for me in my health issues. He’s not only a doctor. He’s a friend in a life coach for me, Advance Medical especially My PA Paul Julie and Janine it’s again thank all of you guys and Advance Medical for the way. I’ve been treated in 26 years of five stars not a high enough rating but that’s all I can give.
