The staff are incredible. I was renting a roller from Kilburn's, and negotiated to ultimately purchase the roller. The day after paying for the roller, it had mechanical issues. Travis and the team took the roller back, lent me a free rental, and fixed the issue with the purchased roller. They have earned a customer for life.
