I had a great experience at this Sev location! Erika was my technician, and she was incredibly professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The front desk team was also very helpful and took the time to explain all of the package options, loyalty memberships, and ways to save on costs. I really appreciated the transparency and helpfulness from the entire team. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!

Owner reply: Thank you so much for the wonderful 5-star review and for recommending our Sev location. We are thrilled Erika provided professional, friendly care and that our front desk team clearly explained package options and memberships. Transparency and helpfulness are priorities for us, so we truly appreciate you noticing. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Best med spa in LA. The owner Chris is the man. I’ve been avoiding Botox somewhat but went in and Meliene did an excellent job. Took time to highlight the areas before doing it. Did it with extra care

Owner reply: Thank you, James, for the fantastic review and for trusting us with your Botox. We’re thrilled Chris and Meliene took such great care and that Meliene’s careful approach put you at ease. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to them. We look forward to seeing you again.

It was wonderful working with Dr. Edmund Fisher at Dr Refresh. It was my first treatment using Morpheus Optimus Max with PRP on my face. He calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Fisher made my entire experience feel easy and light. I am definitely coming back for more services.
