Great store and amazing service. Bob and Brian are both super great at customer care. I’ve had a couple issues with my e-bike after purchase and in both cases they took care of me quickly and without charge. The manufacturer even denied a warranty claim where one crank arm was defective and was loose after only 350 miles of riding, which shouldn’t have been denied. But Bob and Brian knew that was wrong and instead of letting me pay, they ate the cost and replaced both crank arms for me for free. Exceptional service all around. Strongly recommend you buy from Love ESports, rather than buying yourself. They stand behind the warranty, sadly sometimes even when the manufacturers don’t.

Owner reply: Thank you for your fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear that Bob and Brian provided you with exceptional service and took care of your e-bike issues promptly. It's our goal to stand by our customers, especially when manufacturers fall short. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we appreciate your support of Love ESports. We look forward to serving you again in the future!

Bob and Brian were great to work with. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful while I was there picking out a cart. They are also providing support after the sale. It was worth driving 5 hours to make the purchase. I highly recommend Love Esports!!!
