I lived here for a year and liked it so I resigned for another year! If I have a problem I take it to the helpful office crew! The maintenance man is always on top of it and is quick to get your maintenance request complete!

Owner reply: Caroline, thank you for your continued trust and positive feedback! We're thrilled to have you as a resident for another year and are delighted to hear about your positive interactions with our office team and maintenance staff. If you ever have any concerns or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at (910) 765-0300.

I am in my second lease at redpoint and I love it. You really can’t beat a balcony off your bedroom and it’s so nice to live i a house with parking right outside your door. We have so much more room with a walk-in pantry, walk-in closets, laundry room, coat closet, and attic for storage.

Owner reply: Hi Leah, thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience at Redpoint Wilmington! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your second year with us and that you appreciate the unique features of our homes. We're here to ensure you have a wonderful stay with us! If there is anything we can help you with, feel free to reach out to our team.
