I have been a tenant for the past 2 years and I can highly recommend the experience of living here as an international student living off campus. The management recently changed this year and I definitely saw an immediate material improvement in the amenities in and outside the apartment. The new general manager and assistant general manager, Ty and Jeremy have been really proactive and very efficient in improving the place. Not to mention how close is it on campus.
Owner reply: Hi Amir, thank you for your great review! We're delighted to hear you've enjoyed the improvements since the new management team took over, as well as the upgraded amenities. It's wonderful to know that our location within walking distance to Brown University has been convenient for you. We are truly sad to see you go but wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
