Joel and Joey were very professional. They kept at the clog which turned out to be a massive root with long extensions. The back up happens every year. I believe this will take care of any issues now. I can't thank you enough. They cleaned up and kept the stairs covered to minimize the mess. I highly recommend Mile High Drain Cleaning.

Owner reply: Thank you so much for the kind review and recommendation. We’re glad Joel and Joey were able to get to the root of the issue—literally—and resolve a problem that had been recurring year after year. Tree root intrusions can be especially challenging, and we’re happy our team was able to fully clear the blockage and restore proper flow. We also appreciate you noting their professionalism and care in protecting your home and cleaning up afterward. Thank you for trusting Mile High Drain Cleaning. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever need us in the future—we’re always here to help.
