These are probably some of the nicest plumbers I’ve ever met in my life. They were friendly. They explained everything they fixed everything immediately. I couldn’t be more thrilled. I highly recommend them.

We've used Ric Plumbing for several projects over the years, including replacing our sump discharge line to the drainage ditch, installing several sump pumps, and adding a water-powered backup sump pump to our home. Every experience has been excellent. They do quality work, show up when they say they will, and, most importantly, they stand behind their work. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, and Ric Plumbing has earned our confidence through consistently professional service over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable plumbing company.

Owner reply: Hey Donald! It’s great to hear you’ve had such positive experiences with Ric Plumbing. We always strive for quality and reliability. Thanks for trusting us with your plumbing needs, and we appreciate the recommendation!

I've heard that RIC is the best plumber in Buffalo, and they do not disappoint. They recently performed a bathroom installation and repaired a buried downspout bubbler. Both jobs were perfect, and very nice people to work with. I was especially impressed that the original grass was returned around the new bubbler with the ground perfectly flush with the vent - they take care of everything!

Owner reply: We’re so glad to hear you had a great experience with RIC! Our team loves making sure everything looks perfect, especially around installations. Thanks for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to work with you again soon!

Amazing experience with these folks. Had to have our sewer line replaced due to root intrusion/partial collapse. First consult the rep showed me the scope of damage, went over their process and showed before and after photos of other jobs. Quote came in far lower than competitors who were pushy for us to sign contracts before they would even talk to our insurance. They were scheduled a few weeks out, but once they got out here, they started at 7:30am and were pulling the excavator off my lawn by noon. Was paid and completely done by 1pm. Highly professional and efficient work. Highly recommend and would repeat business for future jobs.

Owner reply: Thanks for the awesome review, Jeremy! We're glad you found our process clear and our pricing fair. It’s great to hear we could get the job done efficiently for you. Looking forward to helping you again!
