  We've used Ric Plumbing for several projects over the years, including replacing our sump discharge line to the drainage ditch, installing several sump pumps, and adding a water-powered backup sump pump to our home. Every experience has been excellent. They do quality work, show up when they say they will, and, most importantly, they stand behind their work. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, and Ric Plumbing has earned our confidence through consistently professional service over the years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable plumbing company.

  I've heard that RIC is the best plumber in Buffalo, and they do not disappoint. They recently performed a bathroom installation and repaired a buried downspout bubbler. Both jobs were perfect, and very nice people to work with. I was especially impressed that the original grass was returned around the new bubbler with the ground perfectly flush with the vent - they take care of everything!

  Amazing experience with these folks. Had to have our sewer line replaced due to root intrusion/partial collapse. First consult the rep showed me the scope of damage, went over their process and showed before and after photos of other jobs. Quote came in far lower than competitors who were pushy for us to sign contracts before they would even talk to our insurance. They were scheduled a few weeks out, but once they got out here, they started at 7:30am and were pulling the excavator off my lawn by noon. Was paid and completely done by 1pm. Highly professional and efficient work. Highly recommend and would repeat business for future jobs.

  I recently had a sewer trap repaired in my front yard flower bed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. I was honestly worried about potential damage to my rock wall and yard, but the crew was incredibly careful, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process. They worked efficiently, got the job done quickly, and paid close attention to protecting my property. When they finished, everything looked so good it was almost like they were never even there! On top of their excellent workmanship, every member of the team was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, efficiency, and genuine kindness so well. I highly recommend them!
